Principal - Eric Ruggi
Principal Eric Ruggi has been with the Sir Wilfrid Laurier School Board for 20 years at both the elementary and secondary levels.
Vice-Principal - Gloria Cuccarolo (sec. 1)
Ms. Cuccarolo started teaching in 1993 at Saint Agathe Academy. She has taught in the areas of mathematics and sciences. She has also taught robotics, art, and woodworking. She is a person that is passionate and engaged. She has for the last 8 years worked on promoting literacy in her math and science classes. She believes that literacy is the key to success in any subject area and that it should be a community commitment towards our students.
She has just graduated from McGill University in the MA Educational Leadership Program. She also has degrees in Exercise Science, a Teaching certificate and Art (UQAM and Concordia).
She has multiple interests in the areas of art, sewing, garderiing, and decorating. Gloria loves to regularly exercise in multiple disciplines that are running, cycling, yoga, and of course you will find her in the gym weight training. During the summer, Gloria can be found on a golf course at least once a week. She is married with two children, both now adults, and she will talk to you about her little guy Charlie (poodle mix breed with Yorkshire terrier).
Gloria is excited to join our team at Laval Junior Academy and looking forward to getting to know you all.

Interim Vice-Principal - Leslie Aggrey-Fynn (Sec 2.)

Mr. Aggrey-Fynn has been apart of the Sir Wilfrid Laurier School board since 2004. He attended Our Lady of Peace elementary school and completed his secondary education at Laurier Senior High School, which is currently known today as LJA. Mr. Aggrey-Fynn went on to complete his studies at McGill University where he received his Bachelor of Education in Physical Education and Health. Some of you may have referred to him as Mr. Leslie when he was teaching Phys.Ed, but at LJA, we call him Mr. Aggrey - Fynn, the Vice Principal of Secondary 1.
