LJA MUSIC & MEDIA PROGRAM

The music & media program at LJA is a 2 years option that will introduce students to the piano as their main instrument. Along with the digital keyboard, students will be introduced to 21st century music technologies such as music recording, composition, video, photography and editing software on state-of-the-art computers. Each digital keyboard is connected to an iMac Apple computer that enables a complete music production recording studio. Logic Pro X, one of the most powerful music software on the market will help foster creativity and give students the possibility to record, mix and distribute their own music & media. Additionally, students will learn singing, jembe African percussions and create combos for the various performances we do throughout the year. Please be aware that no previous musical training is necessary to enroll in the music & media program.
